BOOKING POLICY :
To guarantee your reservation, a pre-authorization of the amount of the first night is required.
To guarantee your booking at a non-refundable rate, a pre-authorization of the entire stay is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
Free cancellation, 3 days before the arrival date.
In case of cancellation beyond the deadline mentioned above or no show, the fee of the first night booked will be charged to the credit card used for pre-booking.
Any booking marked as “non-refundable” cannot be under any circumstances canceled, modified or refunded and this under any condition. In case of reservation marked as “non-refundable” the credit card used for the pre-booking will be charged the total amount of the booking.
PAYMENT AND CURRENCY OF BILLING:
The online booking process requires a credit card as a guarantee of the reservation.
The reservation by phone or email must, necessarily, be validated by a valid credit card.
Payment is due at check out.
Payments accepted: Visa card, Premier visa, Master Card, American Express or cash.

Check-in: 2:00 pm
Check-out: 11:00 am
On the day of your departure, you must leave your room at the time indicated above. If you do not respect this schedule, an additional cost of 30% is to be paid per hour late, i.e. after 11am (check-out).
